Job Description:
• Take complete care of the HR and Admin duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team
• Manage the attendance and leaves of the employees and assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
• Handle complete On-boarding and documentation of employees in India.
• Maintain Personal files of employees
• Conduct induction to newly hired employees
• Prepare letters like Offer/appointment, confirmation and increment of the employees
• Create various report for the management and hands on experience on HRMS / HRIS application
• Maintain Headcount report on daily basis
• Conduct exit interviews for employees
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handing HR/ Admin duties.
• Must have excellent Communication skills.
• Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented
• Should be able to work in deadlines
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good Team player.
• Proficiency in MS-Excel
Location - Indore(Work from Office)
Workshift - Day (5 Days Working)
Timings - 11:30 AM - +:00 PM
