The position will be responsible to support the Talent Acquisition function for corporate as well as projects related hiring needs.
• Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
• Responsible for pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for candidates with the concerned department/management.
• Framing job descriptions, posting advertisements on Portals and Social Network sites.
• Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
• Create weekly, monthly and ad hoc MIS and dashboards.
• Perform reference checks, salary related documents for shortlisted candidates.
• Develop and maintain robust pipeline candidates to meet future project requirements.
• Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
• Work towards targets and close open positions as per the agreed TAT and SLAs.
• Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, or similar.
• 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Good knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
• Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint).
