Base pay range
A$75,000.00/yr - A$7+,+++.00/yr

Your role
This is a legal job with a distinct difference.
One week you may be engaged in everyday employment law. The next could see you undertaking a fascinating variety of legal tasks rarely encountered outside the military world.
In addition to providing advice on workplace health and safety, copyright law, environmental law and the management of government contracts, your specialist duties could include:
Providing advice on international law and its effect on the use of aerospace power
Representing personnel prosecuted under the Defence Force Discipline Act
Assisting Commanders in areas such as equal opportunities and anti-discrimination legislation, and
Training those involved in the military discipline process.

Salary
Fully-paid leadership and vocational training
Once trained, starting package approx. $85,051 p.a. plus superannuation (salaries correct as of 16/01/2023)

Training in VIC
First posting to RAAF Base Amberley (QLD), Edinburgh (SA), Richmond (NSW), Wagga (NSW) or Williamtown (NSW); or to Canberra
Subsequent postings to any Air Force base in Australia
Entry Requirements
At least 17 years of age
Australian Citizen
A university degree in Law
Admitted to practise as a legal practitioner to a Superior Court
