Shift Timings: UK Shift (12:00 PM - +:00 PM IST)
Working Days : 5 Days a week*
Organizational Context : Reporting to HR Head
• As a part of recruitment responsible, you may often need to work on Saturdays to facilitate interview
drives.

▪ MBA – PGDM – with specialization in HR
▪ Professional Experience: - 2 to 4 Years
▪ Prior Experience of IT Recruitments is Mandatory

• Talent acquisition: 100%
Vendor Management Coordination
Comfortable with excel reporting.
Support to Manager TA.
Independent work style.
Skills we are looking for :
• Good understanding of Technologies used in an IT setup.
• Hands-on experience in making recruitments for Technical positions in the software industry
• Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn /
Naukri (In House Hiring)
• Good knowledge of active and passive candidate data base management
• Attention to detail
• Analytical skills and Problem-solving skills
• Expertise in Office Management tools like MS Excel, Power-point, MS Word
• Relationship-building- Candidate / Vendor Relation management)
Key competencies:
▪ Comprehend the recruitment strategy on resource acquisition process of RVU India.
▪ Ensure qualitative, cost effective and timely recruitments as per the requirement given
▪ Compile data and provide timely and accurate periodic reports as required, i.e. Complete tracking
and reporting of recruitment status and KPI’S.
▪ Ensure effective transition of new joinee into the Organization
▪ Measure the success of the implemented plans and achieve high joining ratios.
