Position Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Marketing Support Executive to assist our sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, customer data management, and marketing design. You’ll be the glue that connects our sales efforts with organized back-end support and creative communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration Operations
Enter and maintain accurate school and contact data in CRM/LMS systems
Support scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation for the sales team
Prepare weekly reports, activity logs, and pipeline updates
Maintain organized digital files of client presentations and materials

Creative Marketing Support
Design marketing flyers, brochures, and emailers using Canva and Photoshop
Assist with basic visual content for social media and internal campaigns
Ensure brand consistency in all materials

Sales Collaboration
Support sales executives with presentation materials, pitch decks, and follow-up documents
Help coordinate logistics for demos, webinars, and school presentations
Assist with creating content aligned to product positioning

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field
Experience:
2–4 years in a sales support or content creation/marketing role
Experience in EdTech or the education sector is a plus
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, and basic CRM/LMS tools
Comfortable with MS Office or Google Workspace
Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented and organized
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
