Nordica Life, a premium brain health supplement brand rooted in neuroscience and natural healing, is seeking a motivated, detail-driven Part-Time Operations Marketing Coordinator to support the successful launch and day-to-day operations of our company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is highly organized, and passionate about wellness and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Support customer communication across platforms (email, social, website)
Help track orders, manage fulfillment status, and respond to inquiries
Assist with logistics, order management, and coordination with co-packers and suppliers
Maintain internal tracking for inventory, shipping timelines, and product readiness
Help implement email, social media, and influencer campaigns
Assist with customer acquisition strategies and product education initiatives
Contribute to brand content and creative planning
Collaborate closely with the founder on various launch tasks
Help coordinate vendors, schedules, and digital assets
Adapt to evolving priorities with flexibility and focus
Experience
1+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or startup support (wellness industry a plus)
Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Shopify, Canva, email platforms, etc.)
Genuine interest in natural wellness, supplements, or brain health
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $29.21 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
