DESCRIPTION
As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that maximize impact across Amazon’s paid media investments and OO placements. You will work closely with internal teams, including Product, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Creative, to align marketing initiatives with growth objectives. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and analytical rigor to scale customer acquisition efficiently.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and own Paid Media strategy (including Paid ads, influencers, paid search and organic social) to drive efficient customer acquisition.
Manage Owned Operated channels (onsite placements and CRM)
Analyze performance data and customer insights to optimize campaign effectiveness, continuously improving key marketing KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROI
Partner with Business Intelligence to define and track success metrics, reporting on campaign performance with a test-and-learn approach.
Collaborate with Creative teams to develop compelling messaging and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
Work cross-functionally with Product and Tech teams to align marketing efforts with new feature launches and customer experience enhancements.
Identify new channel opportunities to diversify and scale marketing efforts beyond existing investments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across paid search, paid social, influencers
Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Excel, and marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Amazon’s OO channels (e.g. house ads, PMP, ILM, Gateway Hero).
Background in e-commerce or subscription-based services (both in B2B and B2C
Ability to think strategically while being hands-on in execution.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation in paid media campaigns.
Passion for emerging marketing technologies and customer behavior trends.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
