Responsibilities
The Food Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Food Beverage operations at the Holiday Inn Mobile West I-10, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, quality, service, and profitability

Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Maintain compliance with all Holiday Inn and IHG brand standards, as well as local health and liquor regulations
Collaborate with Sales and Catering to support events, banquets, and group business, ensuring flawless execution
Analyze financial reports, track labor and food costs, and implement strategies to meet or exceed budget targets
Resolve guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
Create and manage FB marketing initiatives and promotions in alignment with hotel branding

The Food Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Food Beverage operations at the Holiday Inn Mobile West I-10, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, quality, service, and profitability. This includes the hotel's restaurant, bar/lounge, room service, banquet operations, and breakfast service.
