Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role is key to driving a positive employee experience and ensuring the smooth execution of core HR functions. Role Mission:
To enhance employee experience and streamline HR operations, supporting strategic goals through efficient recruitment, engagement initiatives, and compliance with HR best practices and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Onboarding:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across departments
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate final selection with hiring managers
- Manage job postings on job boards and social platforms
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from requisition to onboarding
Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives and cultural activities
- Conduct employee surveys and act on feedback
- Address employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment
- Manage work anniversaries, internal communications, and PoSH compliance
- Ensure timely execution of disclosure forms and reporting
HR Operations:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll, tax, and exit formalities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Support policy development, audits, and organizational chart updates
- Track disciplinary actions and maintain documentation
HR Analytics Support:
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for leadership
- Assist in HR events, meetings, and various ad-hoc initiatives
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR (Recruitment, Engagement, and Operations)
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in KEKA HRMS (Preferable)
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
Preference: Immediate joiners candidate from Ahmedabad or someone who is willing to relocate.
