Full Job Description
Drafting of various agreements, MOUs, letters
Managing all the Secretarial work handling compliances related to IPR, FEMA ROC compliances.
Representing the company at various forums
Assist the Business Development team with documentation of tenders
Liaising with the authorities.
keeping up to date with regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organisation.
ensuring that policies are up to date and approved.
communicating with external professionals involved in corporate governance, such as auditors.
Qualifications:

CS having valid membership of ICSI or degree in related field.
Company Secretary with at least 1 year of Post Qualification experience
Possess excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Ready to adapt in fast paced environment and learn new activities.
