Role Overview:

The Consultant, HR Digital Transformation plays a key role in supporting the execution of digital HR initiatives at Zamil Industrial.

This position focuses on implementing, optimizing, and maintaining HR technology solutions that drive operational efficiency, enhance employee experiences, and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements Summary:

• Support the deployment and optimization of HR technology platforms (HRIS, LMS, performance management, engagement systems).

• Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements for automation and efficiency.

• Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.

• Prepare documentation, training materials, and user guides for HR digital tools.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Shared Services, and external vendors.

• Participate in system testing, implementation, and vendor evaluations.

• Provide data-driven insights through reports and dashboards to enable strategic HR decisions.

• Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and propose relevant innovations.

Candidate Profile

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in HR digital systems, HRIS management, or HR technology project implementation.

• Hands-on experience in deploying and optimizing HR technology platforms (HRIS, LMS, performance management, engagement systems).

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying process improvements.

• Familiarity with ERP Systems (preferably Oracle), cybersecurity basics, Agile development methodologies, and cloud-based solutions (SaaS/Serverless).

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments and with external technology partners.

• Data-driven mindset with experience in preparing reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field (required).

• Professional certification in HRIS, HR Technology, Agile Project Management, or equivalent (preferred).
