• *Position Overview:**

The Operations cum Finance HR Intern will assist in streamlining processes across various departments, supporting financial analysis, and contributing to HR initiatives. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations, finance, and human resources within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• *Key Responsibilities:**

Finance Support HR Support:

- Assist with financial data entry, analysis, and reporting.

- Help prepare financial statements and budgets.

- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.

- Assist in recruitment efforts, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

- Help organize employee onboarding and training programs.

- Support the maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.

Qualifications:

- Currently Degree in BBA, Finance, HR or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
