Looking for a chef to work in our international bistro where the person would be responsible for the entire kitchen. He should be able to prepare the dishes from scratch. Training and support would be provided.
Responsibilities
Manage the stock and inventory of the kitchen
Prepare raw materials and food based on the exact recipes.
Communicate with the customers
Perform billing and managerial tasks if required. (Training provided)
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
People with a degree in hotel management or culinary courses are given priority
