Role Summary
The Assistant HR Director will oversee human resources functions at the regional level, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Fostering open communication channels, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee concerns
• Collaborating with senior leadership to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives
• Monitoring HR metrics, identifying trends, and developing data-driven solutions to improve HR processes
Requirements
• Qualifications in Human Resource or a relevant field
• Experience of 2-6 years in Human Resources
• Strong understanding of HR processes
• Practical experience in one or more of employee relations, performance reward, or learning talent acquisition development
