ZSG Head Cook's Responsibilities

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store kitchen
Managing all expected key performance indicators i.e., financial rostering
Supervising coaching team members to deliver exceptional ZSG experience
Deliver ZSG food quality safety standards
ZSG Head Cook's Skills Experience

Highly motivated natural leader who doesn’t hesitate to be hands on
A passion for food and executing restaurant operations
A positive 'can do' attitude
Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
Experienced Restaurant or Kitchen Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred)
