Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
The selected candidate will provide visionary leadership, direction, and guidance to the HR team, ensuring effective implementation of HR strategies and policies that align with company objectives.
2. Talent Management
You will be responsible for managing and developing direct reporting staff, fostering a culture of open communication, and promoting employee growth and well-being.
3. Employee Engagement
The role involves designing and implementing employee engagement programs, conducting surveys, and analyzing results to inform business decisions and improve overall employee satisfaction.
4. Collaboration and Partnerships
You will work closely with senior leadership, operations leaders, and other stakeholders to drive culture change, develop strategic plans, and execute key HR initiatives that impact business outcomes.
5. Policy Development and Implementation
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and practices that support business goals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Industry Expertise
Your experience in the ITES/BPO industry is essential, with a strong understanding of HR generalist responsibilities, talent management, and employee engagement.
7. Education and Certifications
A minimum of 13 years of relevant HRBP experience in third-party business process services companies is preferred, along with an MBA/PG degree or equivalent.
