The Role of Business Sales Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Sales Manager to lead our project sales and manage a team of talented interior designers.

Main Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Direct and oversee a team of 5-7 interior designers, providing guidance, performance oversight, and opportunities for growth.
New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue potential business leads to expand our interior design project pipeline.
Client Meetings and Relationships: Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and pitch effective design solutions, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
Design Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure seamless translation of client needs into practical and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
Sales Strategies and Client Relationship Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, maintain client satisfaction, and build long-term relationships.
Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the project lifecycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
Proposal Preparation and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (mandatory).
Proven experience in sales or business development within the interior design, architecture, or real estate sectors.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
High level of initiative, accountability, and ownership.
