Qualifications
Your expertise
4-6 years of demonstrated experience working as part of a team on strategy, business management or delivering change in the public or private sector.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to collect, transform, and interpret data to derive insights and tackle complex business problems effectively.
Proven ability to lead project work streams, guide junior team members, and facilitate client workshops, interviews, and group discussions.
A strong understanding of strategy development and implementation, with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation. Experience in digital transformation, and operating model development is highly valued.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to share ideas with varied audiences and foster strong relationships with clients and your team.
A proactive approach to learning and growth, with a positive outlook when solving challenging problems and leveraging Deloitte’s network of subject matter experts.
A good understanding of generative AI and proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint, with a willingness to adopt new technologies to innovate and enhance client solutions.
Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, tikanga Māori, and Te Ao Māori, with an ability to incorporate these perspectives into client engagements.
Industry experience in Financial Services (FSI), banking, insurance, or health. While not essential, is highly valued.
