Position: Events Operations Coordinator

Location: Raipur

Nutrishilp is a leading provider of corporate wellness programs and events. We are expanding our team and seeking an Events Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless event execution and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• *Responsibilities**:
1. Pre-Event Planning:

- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and organize all aspects of events.
- Ensure all necessary materials and resources are prepared before events.

2. On-Site Coordination:

- Attend events to oversee and coordinate on-site logistics.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the event.

3. Post-Event Management:

- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all materials and equipment are returned post-event.

4. Travel:

- Willingness to travel to event locations as needed.

5. Problem-Solving:

- Ability to think on your feet and address unexpected challenges during events.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Experience:

- Previous experience in event operations or coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

2. Communication:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Attention to Detail:

- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure flawless event execution.

4. Adaptability:

- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle pressure.

5. Travel:

- Willingness to travel for on-site event coordination.
