About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and experienced Production Managers - Events for our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role managing event production. Candidates without relevant experience need not apply.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute all production aspects of events from start to finish.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, venue partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee set-up, installation, and dismantling of event setups.
• Manage production budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of production requirements within quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and pre-event checks to finalize production logistics.
• Supervise on-ground production teams and ensure health safety compliance.
• Handle troubleshooting during live events to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare post-event production reports and coordinate feedback for improvements.

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Event Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in event production management(Mandatory)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of AV, staging, lighting, and technical setups
• Able to read layouts and floor plans
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel to event locations as required.
