Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un.e gestionnaire de comptes dynamique et axé.e sur les résultats pour développer et gérer nos relations d'affaires dans l'Ouest du Canada. Relevant du Directeur des ventes, AMN et travaillant en partenariat avec le représentant, ventes internes, Canada, la personne titulaire du poste sera chargée de trouver de nouveaux détaillants, de présenter le programme de ventes, d'atteindre les objectifs de vente et de fournir un excellent service pour le marché de l'Ouest canadien.


RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

Comprendre le marché, les détaillants actuels et les besoins des détaillants potentiels afin d'établir une relation de confiance ;
Identifier, contacter et planifier des réunions avec les détaillants potentiels afin de les convertir en clients ;
Expliquer clairement le programme de ventes, y compris les termes et conditions, offert aux détaillants et obtenir une commande ;
Effectuer des visites afin d'augmenter le chiffre d'affaires et d'atteindre les objectifs trimestriels et annuels au budget ;
Coordonner avec le représentant, ventes internes pour s'assurer que les commandes sont correctement saisies dans l'ERP ou traitées via le site B2B ;
Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle et un support pour assurer la satisfaction du client ;
Coordonner avec le représentant, ventes internes pour s'assurer que les demandes de service et de garanties sont traitées en temps opportun ;
Orchestrer des événements et des démonstrations sur le territoire pour aider à stimuler la conversion des ventes chez les détaillants;
Informer les personnes appropriées (Produit, RD, Opérations, Marketing, Finances, etc.) des commentaires des clients concernant le prix, les produits, la qualité, le service, la logistique, etc. ;
Maintenir à jour ses connaissances techniques sur les caractéristiques de nos différentes lignes de produits et transférer ces connaissances auprès des équipes de vente chez les détaillants ;
Analyser les données de vente et collaborer avec le Directeur des ventes, AMN pour définir les meilleures stratégies de vente en fonction des besoins des concessionnaires ;
Collaborer avec l'équipe des opérations pour aider à établir des prévisions ;
Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus internes pour assurer un service de qualité aux clients.

EXIGENCES

Diplôme d’études post-secondaire dans un domaine pertinent.
3 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente en ventes dans un environnement B2B, l’expérience dans l’industrie du cyclisme est un atout.
Forte compréhension du marché du cyclisme et des besoins des clients.
Compétences démontrées pour gérer et faire croître des comptes clients.
Capacité à influencer et à négocier.
Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
Capacité à voyager et flexibilité pour adapter son horaire de travail afin d’assister à des événements (soirs et fins de semaine).
Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé afin de communiquer avec les collègues américains et danois, les partenaires, et les détaillants au Canada anglais, le français étant un atout.

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results driven Account Manager to grow and manage our business relationships in Western Canada. Reporting to the Head of Sales, NA, and working in partnership with the Inside Sales Representative, Canada, the incumbent will be responsible for securing new dealers, onboarding them to the sales program, achieving sales targets and providing excellent service for the Western Canadian market.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand the market, current dealers and potential dealer’s needs to establish a trustworthy relationship;
Identify, contact and schedule meetings with potential dealers to convert them into customers;
Clearly explain the sales program, including terms and conditions, offered to dealers and secure a sales order;
Conduct sales visits to increase sales revenue and achieve quarterly and annual budgeted targets;
Coordinate with the Inside Sales Representative to ensure orders are properly entered in the ERP or treated via the B2B site;
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction;
Coordinate with the Inside Sales Representative to ensure service inquiries and warranty claims are treated in a timely manner;
Orchestrate events demos in territory to help drive sales conversion at dealers;
Inform the appropriate persons (Product, RD, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.) of customer feedback with regards to price, products, quality, service, logistics, etc.;
Maintain product features and technical knowledge up-to-date on various product lines and transfer this product know to retail sales staff;
Analyze sales data and collaborate with the Head of sales, NA to define the best sales strategies according to dealer needs;
Collaborate with the Operations team to assist with forecasting;
Contribute to improving the internal processes to ensure quality service to customers.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Post secondary education in related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience working in B2B sales, bicycle industry experience an asset.
Strong understanding of the cycling market and customer needs.
Proven track record in managing and growing customer accounts.
Ability to influence and negotiate.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent written and spoken English, French language skills an asset.
Ability to travel and flexibility to adapt work schedule to attend events (evenings and weekends).
