Job description Greetings from Talisman HR Solution We are hiring Production Engineer for Manufacturing industry at Vasai • Designation: Production Engineer • Experience: Min 2 years • Working days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off) • Working time: 0+:30 am to 06:00 pm • Salary: As per company norms • Other Employee benefits: Bonus, PF, ESIC, Medical, Travelling allowance, Paid leaves etc. • Age: up to 35 years • Gender: Male only Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and oversee production processes. - Develop and implement efficient manufacturing methods. - Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards. - Manage production schedules, inventory, and resources. - Troubleshoot production issues. - Collaborate with QA/QC and maintenance teams. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma. - 3+ years of experience in production engineering. - Knowledge of fabrication processes (e.g., welding, machining). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
