Job description:
We are seeking motivated Cleaners to join our team in providing an efficient and safe service working across the North West Regional Hospital.
The role:
We are seeking motivated Cleaners/Domestic Services Officers to join our team in providing an efficient and safe service working across the North West Regional Hospital.
A successful Domestic Services Officer will:
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in ward and ancillary areas in accordance with established policies, standards and guidelines while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Collect and dispose of all waste including contaminated waste into appropriate receptacles.
Provide a domestic service, including infection control cleaning across wards, office and residences.
Follow universal precautions when conducting infection control cleaning of cytotoxic and sterile areas.
