Our MST organization is looking for a visionary leader who can drive quality and compliance across the Large Molecules Injectables platform. Key responsibilities include:
• Acting as a single point of contact for Global MST head, QA head, site heads, and site MST heads on all MST-related topics.
• Establishing and maintaining organizational capability and governance processes to ensure products and technologies meet validation and current technology standards.
• Assessing MST capabilities, including resource availability, technical capabilities, succession plans, and reporting.
• Managing the MST talent pipeline through career path development, succession planning, training programs, and career progression.
• Guiding teams to ensure state-of-the-art manufacturing lines with necessary process controls to maintain validated products.
• Driving a culture of quality and compliance across the MST organization.

A successful candidate will have 15+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, additional specialist experience preferred, and strong working knowledge of applied statistics, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
