The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of recruitment
1. Recruitment
● Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies
● Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.
2 Candidate Sourcing and Screening
● Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and employee
referrals to find potential candidates.
● Screen resumes and job applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist
candidates.
3 .Interview Coordination
● Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
● Prepare interview questions and assist in the interview process by evaluating
candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4 .Candidate Management
● Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
● Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment
process.
5 .Collaboration with Hiring Managers
● Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide
guidance on recruitment processes.
● Advise on job descriptions, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
● Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating with new hires and ensuring a smooth
transition.
● Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
● Data Management and Reporting
● Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.
● Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the
recruitment process.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA or related field
(Master’s degree preferred)
● Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
● Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
● Proficiency in MS Office Suite Excel
