We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role:
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the best candidates are selected for each role.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.

Requirements:
• A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Working Conditions:
• This is a full-time position with a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
