MERN Stack Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a developing MERN Stack Developer with good English communication abilities and a growing technical foundation. This role requires the candidate to assist in managing client interactions, contribute to setting project timelines, and participate in delivering functional, scalable applications.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and maintenance of web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js, or related JavaScript frameworks.
Apply foundational knowledge of MySQL databases in project tasks.
Assist in the analysis of project requirements and contribute to the estimation of viable timelines under supervision.
Participate in client meetings to provide basic project updates and address simple inquiries with guidance.
Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to contribute to modern, high-quality code.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Developing proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js, REST APIs, and Git version control.
Good English communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to meeting project deadlines.
Expectations:

Ability to work with guidance on tasks from requirement gathering to project stages.
A willingness to learn and contribute to problem-solving.
Comfort in participating in client interactions and understanding requirements with support.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
