JOB OVERVIEW:

A.T.A Analytiq Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled HR Admin/HR Business Partner (HR-BP) to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while aligning and executing HR strategies that support business objectives. This role involves overseeing employee payroll and benefits programs, handling statutory compliances including PF, ESI, and TDS calculations, and preparing salary slips.

The HR Admin/HR Business Partner (HR-BP) will also ensure adherence to labor laws and manage GST return preparation and filing. In addition to core HR functions, the role includes supporting organizational well-being through employee engagement and happiness initiatives, contributing to goal/KRA setting for employees, and maintaining strong relationships with external partners such as insurance vendors to ensure full legal compliance.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and Conduct Interviews, Onboarding, Orientation, and Off-boarding
• Consistently attract, recruit and retain excellent talent and manage their full lifecycle at the company
• Use Social Media, Job Boards, and Other Channels to Source and Attract Candidates
• Actively support the Firm's vision and growth plans by designing and implementing appropriate HR strategies, policies, processes, and practices and ensuring awareness and adherence
• Facilitate and Communicate HR Policies and Strategy Updates and Changes.
• Review and implement changes in Compensation structure in the preview of changes taking place in Labour laws and other regulations and best practices followed in the market.
• Manage day to day issues, flag and mitigate them and manage escalations.
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
• Build and promote a positive and inspiring work culture that enhances employee wellness, promotes positivity and improves employee engagement through all HR practices
• Work on Organizational Well-being (Employee Happiness Engagement) and effectively work with leaders and employees at all levels to develop and implement programs that increase performance, learning and development of all
• Handle employee issues and grievances, and resolve conflicts at the workplace through positive and professional mediation
• Drive continuous improvement of all HR processes and practices of the company to improve effectiveness and efficiency
• Manage employee payroll and benefits programs including handling of daily HR Operations, Compliance Training, Payroll processing, Welfare, Employee Engagement, Handle PF, ESI, Tax (TDS) calculation preparing salary slips and routinely check and manage compliance with various labour laws
• Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Preparation and filling of GST Returns (GSTR-1 GSTR-3B) Reconciliation of GSTR-2A.
• Participate in setting goals/KRAs for all functions with senior management, and lead the HR team to implement and drive initiatives to meet the same
• Keep all required process documentation up to date (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes and provide MIS reporting to senior management on all HR functions and initiatives
• Provide administrative support and coordinate office activities and perform Office Duties as needed and assigned

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• Active LinkedIn profile reflecting all relevant experience

Experience:
• Minimum 2 years as an HRBP/HR Manager/Asst. HR Manager/HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment
• End-to-end employee lifecycle management for both white- and blue-collar staff

Compliance Payroll:
• Hands-on experience with PF, gratuity, medi-claim, personal accident insurance, and salary-slip preparation

Recruitment Communication:
• Strong full-life-cycle recruiting background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Legal Regulatory Knowledge:
• Solid understanding of employment/labor laws and the Companies Act
