HR Manager/Executive requires for a reputed elevator manufacturing company in Delhi
Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
o Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn etc.)
o Screen incoming resumes and application forms
o Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
o Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
o Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Onboarding
o Completing documentation for shortlisted candidates
o Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements
o Management Information System (MIS)
o Schedule and shadow training sessions
o Employee Filing - ensuring all employee files are complete
o Appointment Letter Salary Annexure
o Taking care of complete BGV (Background Verification)
o Coordinating with other department (IT Admin)
Exit Management
o Disable IDs from portal
o Taking exit interviews
o Keeping record of exit employees
o Checking rehire status and Notice period from respective manager
o Processing FNF
o Releasing experience letter
Desired Candidate Profile
1) 5yrs Experience in HR
2) Graduate (degree in Human Resource is optional)
2) Good reading, writing and communication skills
