Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling, assigning and following up on HR priorities
Serve on several internal committees including employee wellness and diversity.
Must have the capability and exposure in managing OD assignments at corporate level.
Must have collaborative and coordination skills at all levels. Understanding and relevant exposure of manufacturing setup, work culture and nuances of it.
13 + years of experience in HR – Talent Acquisition and stakeholder management.
