Human Resources Executive

Inviting applications for the role of HR Generalist profile (60% recruitment and 40% generalist profile). Profile includes but not limited to recruitment, issuance of letters, employee engagement, assisting in PMS, database management etc. Should have go getter attitude and good communication skills.

Role Responsibilities:
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
• Conducts background checks and employee onboarding.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
• Assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Coordinate for Statutory Compliances.
• Draft and Issue HR Letters such as Offer Letter/ Appointment Letter/Confirmation/Experience Letter.
• Preparing and consolidating Attendance with its rule for further payroll
• Update Master Data of Employees
• Performs other duties as assigned.
