Hiring a HR Manager for one of the leading companies into Infra and waste management. Please find below the details of the position:

Location: Delhi

Experience: Minimum + yrs

Only the candidates from below mentioned sectors would be preferred:

Manufacturing, Engineering Construction, Power, Infra, Renewable energy, Waste management.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
• Monitor internal HR systems and databases
• Review and approve or modify budgets
• Design and implement company policies
• Monitor key HR metrics
• Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
• Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools
• Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
• Asses and maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of the same
• Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Good Communication skills.
• Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Team management skills
