Responsibilities: Handling the entire operations of the HR Department.
The HR Operations Manager’s key responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing the organization’s human resources by setting objectives for the HR team, tracking progress, and maintaining internal HR systems and databases.
Other duties include
• Devise sharp HR strategies and track the team's progress based on metrics.
• Monitor the overall company's HR systems and databases.
• Monitor, analyze, and work on better strategies for the entire end-to-end recruitment process of the team.
• Act as a consultant to employees and staff regarding policies and procedures.
• Prepare employee-training programs by establishing various ways to expedite the process.
• Asses and maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of the same.
Requirements
• Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager, or similar role for at least 3-4 years.
• Great knowledge of making HR strategies and implementing them with the team.
• Good knowledge of Employment and Labor law.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
• Experience in designing compensation and benefits packages
• Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Team management skills

Remuneration
