who is able to think strategically, set clear goals and execute effectively. This person will
be a reliable and determined individual who is able to critically assess his/her own
performance and make changes accordingly to maintain pipeline of prospective
clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Confer with account manager and senior leadership to identify personnel needs,
workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified
leaders.
Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very
best candidates.
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and
knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Pre-screen candidates and check and their technical competency before presenting
them to the senior team for recruitment
Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.
Work with candidates short listed by client for phone screen and face-to- face interview.
Manage scheduling and logistics of all interviews by providing detailed information on
the company, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
Manage presentation, selection, negotiation, offer tendering, closing the deal and
administrative components involved in full life cycle recruiting.
Skills, Experience Required Skill Set:
Extensive experience in Recruitment Industry.
Good understanding of technical skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in the use of Job
Boards like Monster, Shine, Naukri, LinkedIn, Google etc. to source Candidates.
Must have excellent Sourcing skills. Strong knowledge and understanding of Boolean
Search is required.
Must have a solid track record of placing candidates in the contract and perm staffing
model Ability to attract and retain Talent.

Education Eligibility :
Undergraduate/ Graduate can be consider if candidate has minimum 1 year of
recruitment experience(Support/lateral hiring)
MBA/BBA with International BPO Voice experience can be considered.
MBA/BBA with experience of minimum 1 year in any industry will be more than
welcome.
B.Tech/BE with recruitment experience can be consider.
