Job Title: PMS Lead
We are looking for a skilled professional to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Performance Management System.
About the System:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving 360-degree performance appraisal processes and be proficient in HR1 software.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Performance Management strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.
• Design and manage the 360-degree appraisal system, including feedback collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Optimize and manage performance review cycles (mid-year, annual, continuous feedback).
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to ensure performance outcomes are fair, objective, and aligned with KPIs. Utilize HR1 software to manage and automate performance workflows, analytics, and documentation. Provide training and workshops for managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and appraisal best practices.
• Analyze performance data and generate reports to support talent development and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy regulations, and organizational values.
• Continuously improve PMS policies and procedures based on feedback and industry best practices.
Essential Skills Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is essential. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of progressive experience in Performance Management in a corporate HR setting.
• Proven experience managing 360-degree appraisal systems.
• Hands-on experience with HR1 software is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Desirable Skills Qualifications:
Certification in HR tools or performance management frameworks is desirable. Experience in change management or driving HR digital transformation initiatives is also beneficial.
