About the role:

An opportunity has arisen to join our Law Department Consulting team based in London. This team focuses on helping large in-house legal teams improve their performance by defining and delivering on changes to strategy and operating model. In doing so, the team helps clients achieve an optimised, fit
for the future Legal function that delivers value for its business.

What your days will look like:
• Contributing to strategy and vision creation and implementation
• Transformation of business functions and operational excellence
• Supporting target operating model design
• Supporting organisation design
• Process mapping, process analysis, and measuring performance
• Technology use case identification, vendor selection and RFP process, technology implementation
• Structuring and conducting stakeholder interviews
• Supporting financial modelling and business case development

The role is for you if:
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to achieve goals through teamwork and collaboration, and able to work under own initiative
• Strong financial acumen
• Advanced Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, Qualtrics and/or Workbench
• Resilience, self-motivation and a positive can do attitude
• Flexibility to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to different projects
