Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Reviewing resumes and applications.
Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
Manage Job Applications received and respond to candidates in timely manner.
Screening Short-listing the relevant candidates as per Job profile.
Ability to evaluate / identify the right candidate with culture / monetary and behavioural fitments of the candidate.
Engage with the offered candidate and ensure regular connect for joining.
Ensure the Pre-Joining formalities are completed as per timeliness provided; raise flags in a timely manner when they not adhered to.
Manage Admin role in office
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
Controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Should display Integrity ownership, take responsibility of the task
Should have fluent in English communication
Should have 2 to 3yrs experience
Should be computer proficient
Should be minimum graduate.
