We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FB Manager to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and distribute work among the staff in the restaurant and the bar
• Be active and involved in the daily work of all FB departments, including front-of-house and kitchen operations
