Key Responsibilities:
• Implement HR policies, processes, procedures, and initiatives
• Talent acquisition and management, including recruitment process management and talent development and succession planning
• Performance management, including employee feedback and review processes
• Remuneration and benefits management, including annual salary reviews and employee benefits administration
Requirements:
• Relevant HR degree and 15+ years of experience in multinational company environment
• Demonstrated track record in implementing HR plans and programs that deliver business outcomes
• High-level communication, collaboration, and administrative skills
