Job Title: Plumbing and Fire Engineer
Location: Bangalore (Near Airport)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month (hike on current salary based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Design Planning: Design plumbing and fire protection systems for both commercial and residential projects, ensuring compliance with local and national codes (e.g., NFPA, IPC).
Site Assessments Inspections: Conduct on-site assessments, inspections, and evaluations to ensure systems' integrity, functionality, and safety.
Collaboration: Work alongside architects, contractors, and other engineers for smooth project execution and coordination.
Billing Budget Management: Manage project billing processes, including preparing estimates, reviewing contracts, and tracking project costs to ensure all work stays within the approved budget and schedule.
Documentation Reporting: Prepare and present project documentation such as proposals, progress reports, and any updates required.
Project Delivery: Ensure all work is completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
Technical Expertise: Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and new technologies in plumbing and fire protection engineering.
Fire Drills Knowledge: Ensure that proper fire drills and safety measures are planned and executed.
Qualifications:

Education: B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing and fire protection engineering. Site experience is a must.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of plumbing and fire safety codes and standards.
Familiarity with billing processes and project management software.
Proficient in fire drills and equipment handling.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
Effective communication skills in Hindi (must-have).
Ability to manage both independent work and team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices in plumbing and fire protection systems.
Requirements:

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days.
Language: Hindi is a must.
