Business Partnering and Commercial Finance Manager

At BT Group, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Partnering and Commercial Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a passion for finance and strong business understanding.The successful candidate should have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a telecommunications or technology environment. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business management is preferred. We are seeking a confident, highly organised individual with strong commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.The Business Partnering and Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial insights to the business, preparing and analysing business cases, and managing the commercial finance for a specific area of the business. The successful candidate must have the ability to think strategically and be able to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities:

Provide financial insights to the business to support decision making.

Prepare and analyse business cases.

Manage the commercial finance for a specific area of the business.

Think strategically and influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.

Monitor and report on financial performance.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Provide financial advice on new business initiatives.

Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities.

Develop financial models and simulations to support decision making.
