Full job description
Recruitment: Manage end to end recruitment cycle from Drafting Ads, Screening, Interviewing, Shortlisting, Drafting processing employment offers to and onboard new employees ( with guidance of the Managers )
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve disputes, and promote a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Follow performance appraisal systems and support
managers.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws , maintain employee records as well as employee adherence to HR policies
Compensation and Benefits: Administer and review compensation and benefits programs.
Training: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
Policy: Develop and enforce HR policies. ( with guidance of the Managers )

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
