Experience: 3years in jewellery industry

Location: Bandra west

Salary: 25-35k

Job Description:

 HR Operations

Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment, interview scheduling, on boarding, and

documentation.

 Maintain employee records, timesheets, and leave data.

 Support policy implementation and compliance checks.

 Facilitate performance management and training coordination.

 Employee Engagement

Assist in planning and executing internal events, wellness initiatives, and team-

building activities.

 Manage on boarding logistics for new hires, including welcome kits and workspace
