Job Brief:

Lead recruitment efforts for onboard roles in the cruise and hospitality sectors. Preference will be given to candidates with hospitality/maritime hiring experience.

Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and onboard candidates for cruise positions.

Collaborate with department heads and manage end-to-end hiring.

Organize job fairs and recruitment campaigns.

Ensure compliance with hiring standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience required.

Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.

Experience in hospitality or maritime recruitment is a plus.

Familiar with ATS tools and industry hiring practices.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
