Role Summary:

We are looking for an efficient and proactive HR Executive to manage attendance, overtime, payroll inputs, HR policies, health safety compliance, performance management, and training coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

l Maintain attendance, OT records, and submit payroll inputs.

l Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.

l Support health, safety, and statutory compliance requirements.

l Coordinate performance reviews and training programs.

Requirements:

l Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

l 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.

l Knowledge of payroll processes and HR compliance.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
