Job Description:-
• Assisting HR Manager for end to end recruitment process.
• Sourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal
• Reference, head hunting.
• Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
• Managing entire onboarding and exit process end to end, maintaining employee personal files, issuance of letters, managing background verification checks by following set processes
• Managing leave attendance records.
• Providing accurate payroll inputs to accounts team on monthly basis
• Processing full final settlements within timelines (recoveries, gratuity payouts etc.)
• Maintaining employee records keeping it upto date in totality (creating new joiners, processing exits)
• Addressing and resolving queries on timely basis Extensive coordination between - employees, managers.
