Full Job Description
• Employee Records file management
• Maintain employment all employment records for hiring, on boarding, termination, leaves etc.
• Responsible for all the on boarding activities and documentation
• Verify attendance, hours worked, leaves as per the records, and maintain monthly attendance
• Managing the employee exit formalities
• Tracking and updating the employee probation, confirmation, PIP etc
• Tracking all the reimbursements and other payments of the employees
• Work closely with Cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Finance and Talent Acquisitions to accomplish the desired tasks.
• Grievance and queries handling in terms of payroll, HRIS, benefits etc.
Desire Candidate
• MBA degree in HR is a must
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent decision making and analytical skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced business environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Immediate Joiner only.
