Job Overview:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our voice support team in Bangalore. This role involves managing customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a great service experience. Candidates should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi and prior work experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
Understand and resolve customer concerns professionally
Maintain accurate call records and system entries
Meet assigned targets for quality and productivity
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th pass
Experience: 6 months preferred (BPO or non-BPO)
Communication: Good verbal skills in English and Hindi
Willing to work in rotational shifts, 6 days a week
Must be based in Bangalore or open to relocation

Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 weekly off
