• Familiarity with online/virtual teaching tools\
• Certification in language instruction (preferred, not mandatory)\
• Strong organizational and time-management skills\
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills\
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines\
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy\
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information\
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications\
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development\
• Ability to travel occasionally (optional)\
