We are adding to our very talented Technical team! Looking for an Enterprise Delivery Lead to work in an incredibly cutting edge space - AI, Service Cloud Voice, and Salesforce!
The Enterprise Delivery Lead will potentially contribute to our Salesforce Enterprise Delivery practice that covers all clouds like Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Chatbots, Service Cloud voice, Sales Cloud and Customer development. We are building a best-in-class team and this role will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented team, exciting customers, and partnering closely with our AI Team!
Focal Area: Methodology Enterprise Delivery
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Salesforce implementation engagement and provide engagement leadership by acting as liaison between India delivery team, U.S. delivery team, and the customer
As a delivery lead, you will need to thrive in a team setting where creativity and analytical skills can be used to decimate challenges
As a delivery lead, one should have strong communication and management skills to bring out best in the team members
Own development of plan to review and manage client expectations throughout delivery and ensure the deliverables are in line with client expectations
Assess engagement performance, risks, issues and impact on solution and service delivery commitments, client relationships, etc.

As a delivery lead, be responsible for keeping multiple projects on track for the company and ensuring they are completed on time and according to requirements
Execute project governance reviews within an evolving governance review process
Work with Delivery Excellence Lead to improve account project governance review processes across project types [Ascend, Navigate, and Onward]
Support the continuing development and improvement of NeuraFlash's project delivery methodologies across project types [Ascend, Navigate, and Onward]
Collaborate with key leaders to assist in prioritization and creation of standardized templates and to gather input from project team members
Assist in standardization and establishment of best practices across management and functional areas within delivery
Collaborate with the Delivery Excellence Director/VP and Employee Enablement team to offer best-in-class enablement for our delivery team members
Assist in executing a plan to build awareness and understanding of NeuraFlash methodologies and the aligned governance structures
Support the Employee Enablement team in providing effective training
Act as Delivery Excellence Methodology and Governance SME and primary point of contact for overall content creation and execution of live training sessions
Deliver projects as a part-time BA/Project Manager / Engagement Manager / Consultant / Solution Architect on delivery projects
Including aforementioned job responsibilities
Additional Skills:
Demonstrated ability to document requirements for technical resources, and ability to fully understand technical solutions leveraging Apex, Visualforce and Web Services.
Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management, project management expertise, and process methodology
Has led multiple Salesforce project deployments including release and multi-environment management, integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, and requiring original code development
Creation of criteria based and ownership based sharing rules
